Q: What if the recipient is not home when the gift is delivered?
A: On average, a courier will attempt to deliver a product twice before the gift is sent back to us. If it is considered that leaving the item is a safe alternative the courier may choose to leave the item. If specific delivery instructions are required please notify us when the purchase is made. Contact us to ensure delivery instructions are received.
Q: How can I ensure my gift is delivered on a specific date?
A: The shipping carriers we use are very reliable however, there are times during peak holiday seasons that shipments are sometimes delayed due to the sheer volume they handle. For this reason they do not absolutely guarantee delivery times. We will say that our couriers have an accuracy rate of delivering gifts safely 99.9% of the time. During busy holiday seasons we would suggest ordering as early as possible to ensure a timely delivery.
Q: Is it possible to have a product arrive on the day it was purchased?
A: We do offer same day delivery for the Greater Toronto Area. For a list of the cities that this applies to please click here. For same day shipping, all orders must be received by 10am that morning.
Q: Do you Deliver to Businesses and if so how will I be sure the gift will not be delivered on a weekend?
A: Yes we do deliver to business addresses. You will have an opportunity in the ordering process to enter the business name, address and unit number etc., indicating that the delivery address is in fact a business. Generally couriers such as FedEx do not deliver on weekends unless otherwise specified, however, purchase early in the week to ensure the gift is received before the weekend.
